All court hearings are cancelled except for in-custody matters and special sets.  Notices will be sent out with your new court date.

Pursuant to Amended Administrative Order 20-001, all infraction mitigation hearings will be done by mail or email and any hearings set between March 23rd to May 4th are cancelled.  Notices will be sent out with new court dates.  Click here.


You have 15 days to respond to the infraction from the date the ticket was issued.  You have 4 options to choose from to respond to a ticket:

1.  Pay the listed penalty;
2.  Request a Mitigation Hearing to admit and explain the circumstances;
3.  Ask for a Deferred Finding to keep the infraction off your driving record;
4. Request a Contested Hearing to challenge the infraction.
