The Administrative Bureau is comprised of the administrative division and the civil division.
- The administrative division consists of an administrative assistant and two administrative clerks that are responsible for the fiscal activities of the Sheriff's Office.
- The civil division consists of a civil lieutenant, civil detective and civil clerk. This division is responsible for processing court documents for service, execution of real and personal property sales, and service of writs and other court orders. On occasion the division is called upon to enforce court orders as well.
